Accompanying Persons
Separate information is available about participation fees for accompanying guests.

 Banquet Tickets

All participants are invited to purchase banquet tickets. The cost of the banquet is not included in the main registration fees, and workshop only/tutorial only participants are also welcome to purchase tickets for the banquet if their stay in Glasgow will include the Thursday evening.

The only exception to the need to purchase banquet tickets are the registered accompanying guests, as the cost of banquet tickets is already built into their fees.

Additional tickets can also be purchased for other guests who are not "official" accompanying persons in their own right.

The cost of these tickets will be recorded in your receipt as a single integrated sum, combining your registration fee and banquet ticket costs, unless you explicitly request otherwise.

On your registration form you will be asked to indicate the specific tutorials you wish to attend. Where there are duplicate tutorials, please indicate your preferred session and whether you are willing to accept a transfer to the alternate session if necessary.

Note that some tutorials last for a full day, you will need to purchase 2 tutorial units to attend such a tutorial.
