Deadline for Camera Ready Copy for the main proceedings

The registration form (including fee structure) will be made available on the web. This should be returned preferably by fax (or alternatively by post).

Main Submission Deadline for Posters
Further submissions will be accepted thereafter,
but notification of acceptance may not be issued
until after the Early registration Deadline is passed.
Absolute final deadline for Poster proposals is July 11th,
however early application is recommended as the available
space for posters may be allocated earlier than that date.
June 6th
Final Deadline for Student Volunteers
June 9th
Demo proposal acceptances will be sent out by email
Student volunteers acceptances will be sent out by email
Poster acceptances will be sent out by email

Early Registration Deadline

Unless otherwise announced on the tutorials page and
registration page of the website, space will be guaranteed
for all tutorial applicants who apply before this date.
Thereafter spaces may be limited and tutorials may sell
out.

June 10th
Preferred latest deadline for workshop organisers to inform
participants of their acceptance. If a workshop announces
attendance later than this date (up to a limit of June
30th),
the early registration fee rates will be honoured for all
participants at that workshop up to four days after the
workshop attendance is announced.
July 22nd
Last day for advanced registration
On-site registration will be available throughout the
conference and can be pre-reserved during the final week,
payments for late and on-site registrations will be taken
on-site.
Birds of a Feather Sessions
Birds of a Feather Session will be accommodated throughout ECOOP.
Space for such events will be bookable on-site, on a first-come
first-served basis. Potential BoF organisers will be able to
pre-register their BoF in advance of ECOOP, however the details
of space/time allocations will not be available in advance of the event.
